Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will manage and grow a portfolio of real estate assets, cultivate relationships with clients, and assist with property sales and acquisitions. Responsibilities include advising clients on property values, coordinating showings, conducting market research, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure a seamless property transaction experience.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of Real Estate transactions
- Strong proficiency in Sales, including negotiating and closing deals in a competitive market
- Practical experience in Real Property management and understanding of related legal and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
