💼 Key Responsibilities
✔ Generate and manage customer inquiries.
✔ Conduct on site visits and deliver professional property presentation.
✔ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villa.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
✔ Follow up on leads and effectively convert prospects into sales.
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
✅ Candidate Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
✔ Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
✔ Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
