Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role located in Agra for Luxury Projects with a focus on real estate sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales activities.
Qualifications , Experience and Requirements
*Minimum 10+3 Years diploma or Bachelor degree ( Any stream )
*Minimum 5 Years of experience preferably Real estate sales Hardcore sales Only
*Must have Team handling experience
*Must have Strong Channel Partner Network
*Strong knowledge of real estate industry practices, trends, and regulations preferred
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
*Ability and confidence to handle and interact with high-end customers
*Must have good presentation skill and closure skill
*Must to be a Go-getter
*Ability to work independently and in a Large team environment
*Quick learner
*Responsible for Hiring , Training , Driving team to reach Sales Target
*must have vehicle (2 or 4 wheeler ) and ready to travel multiple projects and client places .
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
*10 + Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (must be completed )
RESPONSIBILITIES :
*Driving Team for channel partner networking
*Driving Team for BTL Activities
*Driving Team and achieve given calling targets
*Driving Team for Fixing up site visits, Client meet , VCs .
*Lead management
*Meeting clients along with team members and convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.
*Channel partner end to end management.
*Generating Leads and site visits from channel partners.
*Generating referrals from existing Sapphire Realty customers and promoting Sapphire Realty Privilege scheme.
*Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget.
*Meticulous follow up with the Team members and clients and pursuing them for investing in Sapphire Realty.
*Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers.
*Working for accomplishing self and team target.
*Executing agreements within stipulated time frame.
*Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
*Actively prospect and generate leads,
*Training team and engaging in effective communication to pitch and sell products or services.
*Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilising effective negotiation and closing techniques.
*Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement sales plans, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends
