About the Role
We are seeking an experienced B2B Real Estate professional with strong exposure to the real estate market. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling channel partners, developers, landowners, and corporate alliances, with a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage B2B relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers, and landowners
• Drive bulk bookings, corporate sales, and institutional tie-ups
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for project launches and campaigns
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and growth objectives
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic inputs to leadership
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and documentation processes
Qualifications & Skills
• Must have good experience in Real Estate (B2B segment preferred)
• Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and plotted development markets
• Established network within the real estate ecosystem
• Proven track record in target achievement and revenue growth
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
• Graduate / MBA preferred
