Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Tiruchirappalli. The Real Estate Sales Agent will manage client relationships, provide guidance through the property buying process, and facilitate sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include promoting available plots to potential buyers, conducting site visits, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate Sales and general real estate knowledge
- A valid Real Estate License
- Strong Sales abilities and result-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Understanding of the local property market
- Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
