Role Overview
We’re looking for confident, motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join our Hyderabad team.
This is a frontline, revenue-generating role where you’ll manage property sales, build relationships with buyers and help investors secure both Dubai and local Hyderabad properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads through calls, site visits, and referrals.
- Present properties, negotiate deals, and close sales confidently.
- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM for leads, follow-ups, and closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing, listings, and documentation.
- Stay updated on property market trends and competitor developments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales or High-Value Consultative Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a drive to achieve targets.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a performance-driven team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Real Estate License or industry experience is an advantage.
