Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Gurugram. The role involves interacting with clients, showcasing premium residential properties, and managing the full sales lifecycle. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, responsibilities include helping clients identify suitable properties, facilitating negotiations, providing guidance on investments, and supporting end-to-end documentation and transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate knowledge
- Holds a valid Real Estate License as required by regulatory standards
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in Sales, with the ability to meet targets and negotiate effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is a plus
- Basic knowledge of legal processes and documentation related to property transactions is advantageous
