Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The role includes facilitating the sale and purchase of luxury residential properties, engaging and building relationships with clients, providing expert property guidance, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Responsibilities also include understanding market trends, conducting property site visits, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and a strong understanding of the real estate market
- Possession of an active Real Estate License
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Effective communication, negotiation, and Sales skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals
- Familiarity with Gurugram’s luxury real estate market is a plus
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
