Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert advice and personalized property solutions. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying potential buyers or tenants, maintaining property listings, organizing property viewings, and facilitating negotiations. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted consultant, ensuring clients receive excellent service throughout their real estate journey.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and understanding of real estate laws and regulations
- Strong Sales and Real Property negotiation skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and relationship-building abilities
- Prior experience in Real Estate sales or leasing is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with clients to identify and meet their property needs
- Proficiency in market research and local real estate trends
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach to work
