Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Real Estate Representative. The role involves assisting clients with property buying, selling, and leasing needs, offering expert advice on real estate transactions. Representatives are expected to stay updated on market trends and comply with all regulations.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills for client relationship management
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in real estate is a plus
