Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Representative located in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, and generating sales opportunities. The Real Estate Representative will also be responsible for staying updated with market trends and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate regulations and practices
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to foster client relationships and close transactions
- Familiarity with Real Estate and Real Property processes, including market analysis and property evaluation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
