Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Project Manager based in Raipur. The Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, managing real estate developments, preparing and monitoring budgets, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. This role involves coordinating all phases of real estate projects, ensuring efficient execution, and aligning project outcomes with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Experience in Real Estate Development and knowledge of the local real estate market
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
- Background in Real Estate practices and processes
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in project management roles within the real estate industry is advantageous
