Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of residential real estate projects. The candidate should possess strong expertise in project planning, site execution, Mivan/Aluform construction systems, finishing works, contractor management, quality assurance, safety compliance, and ERP-based project monitoring.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, architects, vendors, and internal departments.
Role & responsibilities
Manage complete lifecycle of residential construction projects from planning to handover
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, budgets, and resource allocation
• Supervise site execution activities including RCC, Mivan/Aluform works, finishing works, waterproofing, façade, flooring, painting, false ceiling, and MEP coordination
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress against milestones and take corrective actions to avoid delays
• Coordinate with Architecture, Planning, Purchase, Billing, Contracts, Estimation, QA/QC, Stores, and other HO departments
• Review and approve drawings, technical documents, contractor bills, material indents, and BOQs
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, testing, and safety audits
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, ISO/QHSE standards, and safety regulations
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendor coordination activities
• Track material consumption, wastage control, and inventory planning
• Handle snag-list closure, project handover, and project close-out documentation
• Resolve technical issues, NCRs, and drawing discrepancies in coordination with consultants
• Maintain DPR, WPR, MPR, progress reports, RFIs, site records, and project documentation
• Ensure timely ERP/SAP/DigiQC updates and reporting
• Conduct weekly review meetings with contractors and internal stakeholders
• Monitor manpower deployment, site logistics, and execution risks considering climatic and operational challenges
• Ensure timely raising and processing of material/service indents through ERP systems
• Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and junior staff
• Coordinate with local authorities and ensure compliance with construction by-laws and statutory approvals
