Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Operations Intern role located in New Delhi. The intern will assist with various operational tasks that support real estate activities, such as managing property records, coordinating property showings, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include contributing to sales initiatives, assisting in real estate development projects, and maintaining the organization’s property database. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn market analysis and gain hands-on experience in real estate operations.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Real Estate and Real Estate Development processes
- Experience or skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Knowledge of Real Property regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data management and basic computer skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
