Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, overseeing market research, building customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be a key aspect of this role to ensure campaigns align with the company's objectives and branding.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing strategies, campaign management, and relationship building
- Strong skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Data Interpretation
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Online Advertising
- Proficiency in Client Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service
- Leadership and team management abilities with a focus on collaboration and performance
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Knowledge of the real estate industry in Hyderabad is an added advantage
