Job Description
We are looking for a confident and experienced
Female Real Estate Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in real estate sales or customer handling.
Responsibilities
- Handle property inquiries and assist clients with site visits
- Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bookings
- Maintain client records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality
- Ability to handle clients independently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred (Optional)
- Local market knowledge of Kolkata real estate
- Two-wheeler or own vehicle
