Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Manager. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management, lease administration, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements. Daily tasks include managing real estate transactions, conducting market analysis, developing strategies for commercial and residential property management, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders. The selected candidate will work to ensure efficient operations and achieve business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate operations
- Proficiency in Lease Administration and expertise in handling lease agreements
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and trends
- Ability to coordinate effectively with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Relevant experience in real estate consultancy or a similar field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
