Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Manager role based in Thane. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, including tenancy administration, rent collection, property inspections, and coordination of maintenance and utility services. The role involves managing lease documentation, tracking lease terms, supporting negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Real Estate Manager will analyze market trends, assist in investment and portfolio decisions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize real estate performance. The individual will also prepare regular reports, maintain accurate records, and contribute to strategic planning for real estate assets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Property Management, including tenancy oversight, maintenance coordination, and utility management.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Lease Administration and Leases, including documentation, tracking terms, renewals, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets, including valuations, market analysis, and investment considerations.
- Relevant experience in real estate operations, portfolio management, or asset management, preferably within Thane, Mumbai, or MMR.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in real estate or property management are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic financial modeling.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple properties or projects, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
