Prithvee Propmart Pvt. Ltd. is a leading real estate consultancy based in Sector 18, Noida, specializing in the resale (secondary) market. We deal in the resale, sale, purchase, and leasing of Industrial, Residential, and Commercial properties across Noida and Greater Noida.
Our core expertise lies in Industrial Real Estate, including factories, warehouses, industrial plots, and industrial buildings, while also serving clients in the residential and commercial resale segments.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with hands-on experience in Industrial and Residential Real Estate, who can generate business, build strong client relationships, and successfully close resale transactions.
Mandatory Requirements
• Candidates must have prior experience in both Industrial and Residential Real Estate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial and residential resale, sale & purchase, or leasing.
• Excellent knowledge of the industrial sectors and residential micro-markets of Noida and Greater Noida.
• Strong network with industrial property owners, residential property owners, investors, brokers, and corporate clients will be preferred.
• Proven track record of closing industrial and residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.
• Experience using CRM software (Zoho CRM is an added advantage).
Important Note
This role is intended for candidates with hands-on experience in Industrial and Residential Real Estate, preferably in the resale market of Noida and Greater Noida. Candidates with experience limited to primary project sales only will not be considered.
