Role Description The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations of a real estate consulting team, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality client service. Responsibilities include coordinating property management activities, reviewing market research and investment proposals, and supporting team members in negotiations and client meetings. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, preparing reports and presentations, and aligning team activities with organizational objectives and service standards. The Team Lead will also mentor team members, facilitate training, and ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in real estate consulting, property management, or related investment advisory functions.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, real estate data, and investment opportunities to support informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, property management software, and standard office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
