Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Manager role based in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will oversee the management of commercial and residential properties, ensuring smooth operations and profitability. Daily responsibilities include managing property leases, handling lease administration, coordinating property management activities, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves identifying potential investment opportunities and effective management of real estate assets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Strong understanding of Leases, Real Estate, and Commercial Real Estate
- Proven ability to address client concerns and negotiate effectively
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate market in Delhi NCR preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
