Job Description – Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Andheri to Bandra, Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing for residential projects and a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants across the Andheri to Bandra market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners in the Andheri–Bandra belt.
- Coordinate site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and lead conversions.
- Work closely with internal sales teams to achieve business targets.
- Maintain proper lead tracking and CRM updates.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and inventory movements.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales.
- Mandatory experience in sourcing within the Andheri to Bandra belt.
- Existing broker/channel partner network in the western suburbs will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated individual.
- Comfortable with field work and client interactions.
