Job Title: Sourcing & Closing Manager – Second Homes (Real Estate)
Location: Goa / Lonavala / Nagpur / Karjat / Multiple Locations
Experience: 1–6 Years | Type: Full-Time
Role Overview:
Responsible for generating leads through channel partners and driving end-to-end sales closure for second home projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage channel partners (brokers, IPCs, consultants)
- Generate leads via brokers, site visits, and activations
- Conduct channel meets, trainings, and events
- Handle client interactions, site visits, and negotiations
- Drive end-to-end sales closure and achieve targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
Key Requirements:
- Strong broker network in local micro-markets
- Proven experience in closing real estate deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship skills
- Target-driven and open to travel
Preferred Background:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience in second homes / villas / plotted developments
