About the Role:

AAFT Online is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Management Faculty to join our team full-time at our Noida office. This role requires an educator who not only possesses a strong foundation in real estate management but is also passionate about sharing their knowledge with students through engaging and practical teaching methods.

The faculty member will play a key role in delivering course content, guiding students, and collaborating with the curriculum team to ensure the program meets industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on real estate management, covering topics such as property laws, valuation, market analysis, and investment strategies.
• Create and update course content, including modules, assignments, quizzes, and case studies, ensuring relevance to industry trends and the Indian real estate market.
• Mentor and guide students, providing academic and career counseling as needed.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design innovative teaching materials and enhance program quality.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, feedback, and examinations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments to incorporate real-world examples into teaching.
• Participate in academic and industry events to strengthen the institution’s reputation and network.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, academia, or related fields.
• Education: Graduation is mandatory. A Postgraduate degree or certifications such as RICS, CRE, or similar will be an advantage.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of real estate management, property laws, market analysis, and financial aspects, with a focus on the Indian market.
• Skills:
• Strong teaching and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and peers.
• Proficiency in developing educational content tailored for diverse learning levels.
