Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Investor role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Investor will identify, evaluate, and acquire investment properties aligned with SquareYards’ portfolio strategy, using market research, financial modeling, and risk analysis. The role involves working closely with investors, analyzing returns on potential deals, and preparing investment proposals and presentations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring real estate market trends, visiting properties, coordinating with developers and agents, and supporting negotiations to secure favorable terms. The Real Estate Investor will also collaborate with internal teams on due diligence, documentation, and ongoing performance tracking of acquired assets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Investments and Finance, with the ability to analyze cash flows, returns, and portfolio performance.
- Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Investment Properties and Real Estate, including local market dynamics and asset valuation.
- Candidates should possess experience Working with Investors, including relationship management, reporting, and presenting investment opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and negotiation abilities, and be comfortable engaging with developers, agents, and financial institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in investment or real estate are an advantage.
- Proven experience in real estate investing, brokerage, or asset management, preferably within a fast-paced or tech-enabled environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects concurrently, and make data-driven decisions with attention to detail.
