Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida for a Real Estate Investments Manager. The role involves managing and analyzing real estate investment opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, preparing financial models, and developing investment strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying high-potential real estate markets, building relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing transaction processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The manager will also stay updated on market trends, risks, and regulations affecting investments.

Qualifications

• A solid understanding of Real Estate Investment principles, property analysis, and financial modeling techniques
• Strong skills in market research, feasibility analysis, and due diligence
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction management
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in tools and software for market analysis and financial modeling
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in real estate investment or asset management
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment
