Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Real Estate Intern at Grandview Consulting. The Real Estate Intern will assist with market research, property analysis, and documentation as part of real estate transactions. Daily responsibilities include supporting client inquiries, preparing property reports, coordinating site visits, and engaging in sales initiatives. The role will also provide hands-on experience in real estate development and customer relationship management.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property market trends and legal aspects
- Customer Service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Real Estate Development processes and principles
- Sales skills with an ability to identify and pursue clients effectively
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the field of real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and market research platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
