Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Finance Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Real Estate Finance Specialist will evaluate and structure financing solutions for real estate transactions, including commercial and residential properties, in alignment with client requirements and institutional lending policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial analysis, cash flow modeling, due diligence on real estate assets, and preparation of proposals and documentation for banks and other financial institutions. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, ex-bankers, and external stakeholders to re-engineer cases, minimize rejection risk, and secure optimal funding terms. The specialist will also engage in client meetings, explain product features, support sales initiatives, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of RBI guidelines, real estate market trends, and lending practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance, including financial analysis, credit assessment, and cash flow evaluation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with experience in property financing and transaction structuring.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Real Estate Economics, including market trends, valuation principles, and risk factors.
- Candidates should possess Sales and client relationship skills, with the ability to explain complex financial products and close transactions ethically.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or financial consultancy firms, preferably in real estate or structured finance, is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling, and attention to detail in documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and high standards of professional integrity.
