Next Step HR is hiring for a leading real estate development company engaged in large-scale redevelopment and growth-stage projects in Mumbai.
About the Role
Managing project cashflows, financial planning, and supporting fundraising and capital structuring activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project-wise cashflows
- Build financial models and scenario analysis
- Track budgets across multiple projects
- Support debt syndication and lender coordination
- Assist in PE / investor documentation
- Coordinate with bankers, auditors, and advisors
Qualifications
- 4+ years in real estate / project finance
- Relevant Senior Education/ Qualification in the field of Finance
Required Skills
- Strong modelling and cashflow management skills
- Experience with banks / NBFCs / PE funds preferred
- Knowledge of development-stage financing
- Detail-oriented and analytical
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: Up to ₹16 LPA
