About the Role:

We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead on-ground sales operations for our farmland projects. The role focuses on face-to-face client meetings, site visit conversions, and achieving monthly sales targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face meetings at client residences, offices, and project sites
• Handle daily field meetings, site visits, and negotiations
• Convert qualified site-visit leads into bookings
• Represent the brand professionally in in-person client interactions
• Maintain detailed records of meetings, site visits, and closures
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of proven experience in real estate field sales
• Proven track record in site visit conversion & closures
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field sales & client-facing roles
• Experience dealing with investors / HNI clients preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and revenue-focused mindset
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
