Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Real Estate Executives based in Noida. The responsibilities include managing real estate transactions, providing consultation to property buyers and sellers, and coordinating property management processes. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations to facilitate seamless property dealings.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices
- Expertise in Property Management and Facility Management (FM)
- Understanding of financial aspects related to real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for real estate operations
- Prior experience in real estate sales or consultancy is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
