Position: Real Estate Executive
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Real Estate Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries
- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Schedule and conduct site visits with clients
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential buyers
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Update CRM and maintain accurate client records
- Stay updated on Bangalore real estate market trends and competitor projects
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication
- Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage)
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or sales is an advantage
