Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Design and execute high-converting digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate qualified leads for ongoing residential or commercial projects.
- Social Media Management: Plan and oversee content creation across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to showcase property walk-throughs, project updates, and lifestyle amenities.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize the company website and local landing pages with localized keywords to capture high-intent organic search traffic.
- Campaign Analytics: Track KPIs, evaluate ROI, and provide actionable reports on digital ad spends and lead-to-conversion metrics.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate continuously with the on-ground sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales targets.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 1 to 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally with real estate developers or local property agencies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and Meta Business Suite.

Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the real estate sector, including Real Estate and Real Property concepts.

- Proficiency in Sales-oriented activities, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and collaboration with sales teams.
- Strong Customer Service skills for handling online inquiries, engaging with prospective buyers, and maintaining professional communication.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and real estate portals).
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics, use CRM or marketing automation tools, and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Capability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
