Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying their property needs, offering tailored real estate solutions, and maintaining lasting relationships. This role involves property sales, real estate advisory services, negotiating deals, and providing training to clients or team members as needed. The individual will also collaborate with the team to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property market practices and trends
- Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation to effectively close deals
- Experience in providing or facilitating Training for team development or client support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site work environment
- Prior experience in real estate or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant field is a plus
