Job Title: Senior Property Consultant / Real Estate Sales Consultant – Noida
Job Overview
We are hiring dynamic Sales Consultants for premium real estate projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, target-driven, and passionate about closing high-value deals in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend qualified client meetings and conduct site visits
- Present and pitch properties with confidence, creating urgency without pressure
- Build strong client relationships, handle objections, and negotiate effectively
- Maintain a consistent daily calling count to ensure a strong sales pipeline
- Ensure disciplined follow-ups via WhatsApp and CRM systems
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate or High-Ticket Sales
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, ambitious, and highly target-driven mindset
- Comfortable with client meetings, fieldwork, and travel
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000/month (negotiable for the right candidate)+incentives

Work Details

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible based on site visits)
- Work Style: Office + Field
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
- Travel: Required for client meetings and site visits (fuel reimbursed)
Performance Evaluation
Performance will be assessed based on:
- Number of client meetings
- Number of site visits
- Follow-up consistency
- Monthly & quarterly closures
