Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Tiruchirappalli. The Real Estate Consultant will handle real estate transactions, foster client relationships, and guide individuals and families through the process of selecting and purchasing plots. Key responsibilities include property showings, educating clients on available offerings, negotiating deals, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and property markets
- Proven skills in Sales and Negotiation to conclude successful transactions
- Strong ability to provide Training and guidance to clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with the Tiruchirappalli real estate market is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
