Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties. Their responsibilities include conducting market research, managing property listings, generating sales leads, meeting with potential clients, facilitating property viewings, and negotiating deals. The consultant will also be expected to deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and a strong understanding of the market
- Experience in Sales with a proven ability to generate and close deals successfully
- Excellent Negotiation skills to facilitate and finalize property transactions
- Ability to deliver effective Training sessions for clients on property-related processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with real estate regulations, market dynamics, and pricing trends is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
