Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site job opportunity for the role of Real Estate Consultant, based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, and guide them through the entire transaction process. Responsibilities include identifying property opportunities, coordinating property viewings, conducting market research, negotiating agreements, and providing training on property-related matters.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and market trends
- Skills in Sales and effective client relationship management
- Experience in Negotiation and closing transactions
- Ability to provide Training and share expert property advice
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in local market knowledge and languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
