Role Title
Residential Property Advisor – Hyderabad
Context
Relai is entering the Hyderabad market.
This will be the first advisory hire in the city.
This is a foundational role, not a replacement.
The person in this role will:
Represent Relai’s unbiased advisory model
Own Hyderabad residential advisory end-to-end
Set the benchmark for future advisors in the city
Help build Relai’s credibility in Hyderabad
Role Objective
Provide unbiased, data-backed property advisory to Hyderabad homebuyers using Relai’s tools and frameworks while building the foundation for a scalable advisory team.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Advisory
Conduct structured advisory sessions with buyers.
Understand budget, lifestyle, intent, and risk.
Use Relai tools to shortlist and compare projects.
Clearly explain risks, trade-offs, and long-term implications.
Hyderabad Market Ownership
Develop strong understanding of Hyderabad micro-markets.
Track pricing, supply, builder credibility, and infrastructure impact.
Share on-ground insights with internal teams.
Data-Driven Advisory
Use Relai’s tools and frameworks for decision making.
Avoid broker-style selling or gut-based recommendations.
Brand & Trust
Represent transparency and customer-first advisory.
Be comfortable advising customers not to buy when required.
Team Foundation
Operate independently.
Help build Hyderabad advisory playbooks and support future team hiring.
Experience
1–4 years experience in Hyderabad residential real estate.
Exposure to multiple micro-markets such as:
Gachibowli
Financial District
Kokapet
Tellapur
Narsingi
Kollur
Kompally
Uppal
Experience working directly with end customers.
Strong understanding of builder quality, delivery risks, and pricing psychology.
Skills
Strong listening and communication
High integrity and unbiased mindset
Comfortable using data and tools
Ability to work independently with ownership
Languages
English – Mandatory
Telugu – Preferred
Compensation
Fixed: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA
Variable: ₹1.5 – ₹3 LPA
