Role Description
RajDhara Colonizers is hiring motivated and ambitious Real Estate Consultants for a full-time, hybrid and field-based role in Jaipur.
This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. There is no fixed monthly salary. Your income will depend entirely on your performance and successful property transactions.
The role involves a combination of client meetings, property site visits, lead follow-ups, and coordination work that can be managed from the office, field, or remotely when required.
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying client requirements and presenting suitable residential plots, commercial plots, agricultural land, and farmhouses. You will guide clients throughout the buying process and help them make informed investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage potential client leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Present residential plots, commercial plots, agricultural land, and farmhouses to prospective buyers.
- Conduct property site visits with clients.
- Explain property features, location advantages, pricing, documentation, and investment potential.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Conduct basic research on Jaipur's real estate market and emerging investment locations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, site visits, and transactions.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth property transactions.
- Provide transparent and professional guidance throughout the buying process.
- Work towards monthly sales and transaction targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and knowledge in Real Estate and property investment.
- Knowledge of plots, agricultural land, farmhouses, and Jaipur's property market will be an advantage.
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and property site visits.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, insurance, banking, automobiles, or similar sales industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and real estate are also welcome.
Compensation
100% Commission-Based Opportunity
