Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities include negotiating deals, understanding clients' real estate needs, staying updated on market trends, and offering insights on property market values. Additionally, the Consultant will conduct property tours and liaise with developers, brokers, and legal professionals to ensure a smooth experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property operations
- Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation to foster successful deals
- Ability to conduct client-focused Training and provide expert guidance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in understanding legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions
- Familiarity with the Mumbai property market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
