Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will assist clients by providing expert property recommendations and support throughout the property purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, facilitating property showings, offering transparent advice, guiding negotiations, and coordinating with third-party service providers such as loan lenders and interior designers. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and helping clients make informed decisions that align with their goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with a strong understanding of the local market
- Proven Sales skills and the ability to achieve targets
- Proficiency in Negotiation and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in providing Training or guidance in real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to the dynamic real estate market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Bengaluru's real estate market is an advantage
