Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, based in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for managing property portfolios, conducting market research, assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and negotiating deals. The role also involves providing expert advice to clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying updated on market trends to provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation
- Experience in providing training to clients or team members is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic recommendations
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
