Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing market insights, conducting property site visits, and building long-term client relationships. Key tasks include negotiating deals, advising clients on market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction with transparency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and related market trends
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in providing Training and guidance to clients on real estate processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering quality service
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
