Role Description The Real Estate – Closing Residential Sales role at Housing Yard PVT LTD. is a full-time, on-site position based in Koramangala. The professional in this role will guide potential buyers through property options, conduct site visits, explain project features, and address customer queries. Daily responsibilities include following up with leads, coordinating meetings, preparing and reviewing closing documentation, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales process from offer to final agreement. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and consistently meeting sales and service targets while representing the company’s zero-brokerage and customer-first values.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to clearly explain project details and market trends.
- Relevant Real Estate License and knowledge of local regulations and closing procedures.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing residential transactions.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, clarity, and client satisfaction.
- Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and professional presentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Koramangala, manage multiple clients, and maintain organized documentation.
- Prior experience in residential real estate or related sales is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online property listing platforms.
