Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Closing Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Closing Manager will manage the closing process for real estate transactions, oversee lease and property documentations, and ensure all necessary legal and compliance requirements are met. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and facilitating clear communication between all involved parties to ensure seamless and efficient property transitions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration processes
- Proficiency in managing Leases and other property-related contractual documentation
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or relevant field is preferred
- Experience working in the real estate industry in a closing or transaction management role is highly desirable
