Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for a Real Estate Closing Manager. The role involves managing the end-to-end process of real estate closings, ensuring smooth transaction completion, administering leases, and coordinating with clients, legal teams, and realtors. The Closing Manager will oversee property management aspects, manage lease documentation, and maintain compliance with relevant real estate regulations and standards. The role also includes fostering relationships with stakeholders and resolving any issues related to closures promptly and efficiently.
Strong skills in Property Management and real estate transactions
Knowledge and experience in Lease Administration and handling lease agreements
- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate operations
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients
- Proficiency in real estate laws and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in relevant real estate management software is a plus
