Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Client Relationship Manager to join our on-site team at our office in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing personalized investment guidance, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless investment experience. You'll collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals, present suitable real estate opportunities, and oversee the investment process from start to finish. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure transparency, reliability, and exceptional service in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in client management and providing strategic investment guidance
- Knowledge of real estate markets, investment principles, and financial planning
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client queries and challenges
- Experience with CRM tools and maintaining accurate client records
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage a fast-paced work environment effectively
- Previous experience in real estate, financial advisory, or client relationship management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing and Execution
● Identify land, JV, and investment opportunities
● Evaluate feasibility from financial, legal, and market perspectives
● Assist in structuring and closing deals Investor and Capital Management
● Manage HNI and investor relationships
● Support fundraising, pitch decks, and deal presentations
● Track investments, returns, and reporting Business Operations
● Act as Founder’s right hand in daily execution
● Coordinate across legal, finance, sales, and marketing teams
● Ensure projects move efficiently and on schedule Strategy and Growth
● Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
● Support expansion into new asset classes such as hospitality and plotted developments
● Build systems and processes for scaling the business Ideal Candidate Profile
● 1-2 years of experience in real estate, consulting, or investments
● Strong financial understanding including cash flow, IRR, and deal structuring
● Execution-focused with the ability to get things done
● Comfortable working in high-pressure and fast-moving environments
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred:
● Experience in closing real estate deals
● Exposure to developers, brokers, or investment firms
● Background in fundraising or investor relations
Compensation
● Fixed Salary: INR 25k-45K per month
● Performance Bonus linked to deals closed and capital raised
● Long-term incentives such as ESOP or profit sharing based on performance
