Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Business Development professional. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, facilitating property transactions, and managing real estate development projects. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property offerings.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Development
- Experience in Sales and Real Property management
- Strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Proficiency in market research and understanding real estate trends
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the Noida real estate market and associated regions is advantageous
