Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Delhi, India. The Real Estate Broker will manage residential property listings, including independent floors and villas, and guide clients through the complete buying, selling, and leasing process. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, explaining project features and pricing, negotiating offers, and preparing transaction documentation in coordination with legal and administrative teams. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners, tracking market trends in Delhi NCR, and providing accurate property and market information. The Real Estate Broker will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and uphold MegBuild’s standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong brokerage and real estate skills, with experience handling residential properties and transactions.
- Candidates should possess solid sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and close deals effectively.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of real property concepts, local regulations, and market dynamics in Delhi NCR.
- Relevant skills such as negotiation, networking, lead generation, and relationship management are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience as a real estate broker or agent, preferably in residential projects, is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, property portals) and willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses in real estate brokerage, where applicable, are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits, and manage a dynamic schedule.
